My love of massage came from when I grew up in Wiltshire, as Wiltshire has its own Spiritual roots that's when I became interested in the alternative lifestyle.
When I moved to London to pursue a musical career I was still surrounded by creative, artistic and holistic people.
A few times I was a case study for reiki, shiatsu and massage, although being sceptical at the time I was proved wrong every time and was curious as to how it worked. Osteopathy and acupuncture came into my life when I hurt my back in 1991. When I became a chef having a steady career enabled me to travel to many countries.
I love travelling and experiencing different cultures and I fell in love with the philosophies of Asia.
I have been lucky to live my life in food, travelling, philosophy and music, I believe these are all common to each other and they heavily influence my creativity.
The more I studied the meditations and exercises of the eastern philosophies the more I started to see the natural progression of how each culture embraced and absorbed them into their own way of living.
Studying at the London school of massage has given me the knowledge of the physical body to help you feel better holistically and to help you better yourself.
It is the beginning of a vast network of positive, healthy lifestyle choices.
My journey still continues and in the future i shall be combing TCM practises with my knowledge of food for healthy eating and natural medicinal remedies with herbs and plants.
Here and now I hope to relieve you of some of the stresses and strains of everyday living (especially in the city) and to make you feel 'whole' again with the Swedish based holistic massage therapy I provide.
By setting up this practise in my community of Brockley. I hope it will work for you and any scepticism will vanish, just like mine did many years ago and help you to start the journey to a holistic lifestyle.
